Our client, a major player in Italy, wanted to introduce a new concept. We were asked to validate the concept and we concluded that it was not going to be a success. The combination of insights, benefits, reasons to believe and offer didn't turn out to be strong enough compared to the competition. So don't introduce it!
We advised the customer to redo the creation process and to let the consumer put together the optimal concept himself. Without any intervention or stop in the process.

We then validated the new concept, entirely created by the consumer. As it turned out, turnover grew by 271% and suddenly became interesting. The product is now a stable player on the Italian market!
